At Cal-State Site Services, our standard toilet rentals include a full 28-day service cycle.

Here’s a detailed look at what that includes:

1. Delivery and Setup

We’ll deliver your portable toilets directly to your site and place them in the most convenient, accessible location. The toilets need to be placed where our pump trucks can easily service them — within 30 feet. Our team ensures everything is set up properly and ready for immediate use.

2. Weekly Servicing

Each unit comes with once-a-week servicing included in the rental. This service covers:

  • Pumping and emptying waste tanks
  • Refilling fresh water (for flushables or handwash-equipped units)
  • Restocking supplies such as toilet paper
  • Cleaning and sanitization of the interior

TIP: If you expect heavy use or a longer event, we recommend scheduling more frequent cleanings. We can also schedule your unit to be serviced 2 or even 3 times per week if needed.

3. Extra Service (if needed)

If something comes up outside of the weekly service, we’re just a call away. Additional servicing is available (for an additional fee) to make sure your units stay clean and ready for use.

4. Pickup at the End of Your Rental

When your project or event is complete, Cal-State Site Services will pick up the units promptly, leaving your site clean and clear.
